Some of the features included with the Platinum training program include:-

  • Unlimited e-mail access to Mark, replies within 48 hours and weekly telephone (or Skype)contact at an agreed time to suit both coach and athlete
  • Unique training plans created for you to cover every aspect of your training - these plans are tailored to your needs, goals, ability, time available and fitness level
  • Invites to private training sessions with Mark, depending on your location
  • Video training on any aspect you pick, for example if you want to know how to change a clincher tyre as quickly as possible we will film it and send it to you
  • Ironmate branded race clothing so you can take Mark with you in the race!
  • Invites to all group sessions run by Mark with no extra charge
  • A Personal Area where Mark will create articles written only for you
  • Access to all areas of the website

All of this and many more fantastic benefits are available for those athletes who pass the initiation test. The cost is $197 per month.

First you will need to apply for the program. Mark will then call you for an in depth telephone analysis to determine your commitment. You will then have to fill in a lengthy form giving huge detail on your ability, your achievements to date, PB's, time training, goals and many more vital components.

So why is all this needed?

As Mark will only be dedicating this time to 10 athletes each year, it is vital that he has the time each day to dedicate to each athlete. A typical unique weeks training program can take up to 3 hour to complete. Mark wants you to achieve all your goals and it is his mission to take you to that level. It is one of the main reasons that this program is restricted to all but the most committed athletes.

So does this mean because I am new to Triathlon that I will not be chosen?

Of course not, every application will be considered, Mark has worked with Triathletes of every ability and experience.
